The Grove Retreat is a quiet sanctuary for focused work, a place where teams step away from office noise, constant notifications, and everyday pressure to immerse themselves in deep, meaningful creation.

Mornings
Mornings are scared because the way you start sets the energy of the rest of the day.

Mindful and slow movement : a 45 min session kicking off the nervous system and the body in a gentle way.

Healthy breakfast: both delicious and light, revisited eggs, local dairy varieties, fruits and fresh veggies, revisited oats, energy boost juices, immunity shots.

Focus Time: Time for your team to gather and focus in a comfortable space with high speed connection.


Afternoons

Lunch Break: A beautiful set up awaits for you in the nature pick-nick style for your team to take some fresh air while recharging with food.

Tea break & Energy boost: A tea break and energy boost is planned for mid afternoon where we scatter energy bars tea and coffee.

Energy breath-work: during the same break a 15 min breath-work is given in order to boost your Chi "inner driving energy".
Finisher Work-out: held by our trainer this work out allies functional training and fitness, it is challenging for the ones who seek to sweat it out but made adaptable for every level.


Evenings

Early souper: dinner will be served early in order to allow digestion before sleep, on the menu soups, light delicious gratins and quiches

Night activities: we value night time a lot because this is where we recharge but also let go and get "rewarded" from our effort. That is why we planned for rewarding activities:
