Mornings are scared because the way you start sets the energy of the rest of the day.

Tea break & Energy boost: A tea break and energy boost is planned for mid afternoon where we scatter energy bars tea and coffee. ​

Energy breath-work: during the same break a 15 min breath-work is given in order to boost your Chi "inner driving energy".

​​​​Finisher Work-out: held by our trainer this work out allies functional training and fitness, it is challenging for the ones who seek to sweat it out but made adaptable for every level.
